Early EVOO

Extra Virgin Olive Oil from early harvesting of green harvested picual olives. An attempt has been made to convey the essence of what matters through its design: tradition through the retro fretwork, modernity with the avant-garde air that impregnates the illustration, and nature with the elements that include the label, water, the planets and the olive tree as Miguel Hernández sang.

Tasting note

Early EVOO is a complex oil, with an intense green fruitiness, with notes of mint and green tomato, which are later confirmed in the mouth, appearing artichoke, almond and green grass. Spicy and bitter in perfect balance. Disappears from the mouth leaving a clean and pleasant sensation.

Made of black glass to prevent the passage of light and with an inviolable dosing cap.
